In other news today, I received a phone call from one of our tenants who reported to me that he slipped on an icy sidewalk at our apartment building and broke his hip.  He had to have hip surgery and is now in a rehab center for about a month.  Talk about stress.  We do have liability insurance although I'm not sure if it will assist our tenant with his medical bills.  I will call them tomorrow to file a claim.  Kim and I cannot wait to be rid of these rental properties and make our move down to California.
